What are the next couple indoc class dates? About how far in advance does FedEx typically notify you of your start date?
Classes typically start first Tuesday of the month. If they hand select you for MD11s, you'll start Monday. Two weeks out for notice. Next class starts 4/4-5. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

As already answered, you get the entire housing allowance, regardless of rent cost. It's a cool $42,000/yr. The best part: TAX FREE. (HKG Hosuing Allowance was increased with new CBA, cannot recall if CGN was also increased, may now be $3,700/mo?).

Gents, just got the call this week (during my annual sim check, no less)! Excited about moving up to a real company (currently with a greek-mythology-named ACMI carrier)
Background: Retired USAF, 5000TT, 1500TPIC, C-141, C-17, 3 yrs part 121 (747 F/O) Question: I have a low last 4 SSN number so I expect to pick at bottom of the class. For family reasons I checked "NO" for CGN and HKG. Can I still get jammed into a CGN or HKG slot? Thanks in advance. Congrats!!! Good time to move on from the Greek-mythology-named ACMI carrier! cargo |
According to APC, Fedex is NOT hiring right now. This was just updated too. Funny because I was just updating my times on pilot credentials and now it won't let me upload a resume. Was it just my browsers or is this true?

How much is training pay?
When do you start receiving regular flight pay, after check ride or after OE? |

$4000 a month before Uncle Sam gets his cut. Real pay starts after IOE validation.
On average, how long is that taking for new hires, 2-3 months? Is lodging during intitial paid by the company or by the pilot? Is there a wait for insurance or is it a day 1 benefit? |

pretty sure the hiring is going to continue. They are interviewing every week. I had heard 500 for the year. |
