I didn't find RST very beneficial for the technical portion. I wish I had just studied the bibliography listed in the FedEx interview prep guide.

I've had this message for over a week now...

"We have received your application & it is in the review stage. We have an internal team ensuring you submitted a complete application & meet the basic qualifications for the role."

Is this normal? How long until I get the next phase? I'm not asking how long before the call for an interview, I just feel like i'm in limbo here.

Hmm, not sure i know what you mean there. I created an account, filled out all of the pages of the application, i said that I wanted it to be reviewed and I submitted it.
It does seem that i'm missing something. Where would i get this 'invitation' and from whom?

Anybody can fill out a profile online. If they are interested, you will get a email that invites you to submit your profile for a final application. Those that do usually get a call within a week to interview.

I thought that second step was going to be the process that took awhile.

Other than update your app frequently and make sure it’s tight, then yes, you have done all you can. But to be clear, just because you applied doesn’t mean the next step is guaranteed either.
