It was 5 years, and I heard they did away with that requirement. It was a Postal Service thing.

Has anyone had any experience with getting a thanks but no thanks after day two interview and has had the opportunity to interview a second time? I know there is a 12 month wait to even have a shot to interview again, but is getting a second chance to interview rare for most people?

Does anyone have any info on pro instructor jobs at FedEx? A gouge would be nice but I’d settle for QOL, pay, benefits, etc. I hear there is a 3 year comittment before interviewing to fly the line.

If you are the guy on RST, I wouldn't give up and make the switch. So what if day 2 didn't go well. Keep at it.

Pay for pro job is $84k for maneuvers instructor, insurance, performance bonus, 4 week bid-19 days work, 5 week bid 23 days work. There is a 2 year commitment before interviewing. Think of it as a two year interview during your time as a pro.

Thanks. I’m not giving up but they offered me an interview for an instructor slot so I’m trying to decide if I am willing to give up currency and go the sim route or not.
