Wild Bill, I think you meant 10 Oct and while I won't guarantee it I did see the "Welcome New Hires" sign on the second floor during my recent CQ.

New class starts on 10Nov with a mix of pros and corp pilots moving over. Interviews start up next week. 8-10 new hires per month. I heard there are 30 additional pros waiting for interviews as well.

I think that sign has never been removed! LOL…
I saw it there this past summer when I was in 777 training

According to BM, we'll see new seniority numbers handed out next month, with about 20 per month after that. Another guy came in to the FO class and laid out how the interviews would go. You'd come to MEM on your own dime and take some kind of psych test then go home. If you passed the test, you'll come out again on your own dime for a situation based interview and a panel interview. If you pass that, you get the job. I didn't take great notes, so feel free to contradict me, but that's what I remember. He didn't mention anything about the sponsor/walk-in type things from the past so I don't know if that will be spinning up again or not.

Thank you for that update. Any word on whether the aeronautics knowledge test is still being administered? Or just the psych test now on day one? Any further updates would be greatly appreciated by anyone who is fortunate enough to go through the process.

Looks like a class a month for the next 3-4 months, 8 per class, all internal hires. Then probably any available poolies.

Some internals left for other places. The company kept dangling the carrot for too long.
