KCM denial at SAN
#1
I got "denied" at SAN the other day (30 Mar). Are we continuing to have issues with this? I guess Fedex IT is overwhelmed with working to get our contract enhancements online
All kidding aside, need to know if this is an issue so as to budget adequate time clearing TSA. Wasn't a problem at SAN, but places like EWR are currently a disaster with TSA lines.

I took him to mean he got denied, as in, the KCM system didn't ID him correctly (maybe due to FedEx IT issues). It sounds like you're thinking he just got selected for random screening.
Which one was it D?

It displays your history and the exact denial code. This should help you determine if it's a company problem or a KCM problem. Usually when I get denied I scan again and it works. If that doesn't solve the problem, I ask the agent to manually enter my info. The one time these two steps didn't resolve the problem I discover the company was the source of the issue.
Good luck.
