So all the faith that names were withheld really isn't true. And the FAA releases names to the press?

ASAP data belongs to the Company. ALPA has an agreement that they won't use it for disciplinary purposes.

Are we all risking our careers that it won't be used for other purposes?

For years FedEx didn't participate in established industry safety programs and we had a terrible safety record. Are those things related? We'll probably never know.

FAA gave a reporter thru FOIA request some info about administrative action against pilots. Some was from ASAP reports last year. Not known if Fedex names and reports were given. FAA admitted it was an error.
