Well, the last recession proved that the fracs are no more furlough proof than the majors.

Dumberthanchit is paid to sit on his fat ass and patrol these websites defending his daddy’s soon to be failure again at running a company. How many other company’s have you come across on these pages that have such a stigma?

Not what I wrote or suggested. But if it came to redundancies, what method would apply?

If I had to guess, Friends of Kenn would stay and everybody else would go.

I know circumstances change things but they did present a contract that the pilots could sign if they wanted to. It did state that if layoffs were to happen it would be by inverse seniority.

But now, you are an at-will employee, so he can unilaterally change the terms. At one time, Kenn wanted to terminate out of the retiring fleets. Maybe that's why the Lear pilots are bidding out.

There won’t be ANY terminating ANYTIME soon. Be smarter folks, this industry is going to be in need of pilots for quite awhile. With some of the dummies that are still employed here, there should be no worry at all. I’ve literally flown with FLOPS transfers that have been there for 20 years, and they can’t figure out what a flow is or how to use the LNAV/VNAV!! One literally stares at the instrument panel every flight like it’s his first time on the airplane trying to figure out what to say and do before giving up and treating the checklist as a read/do. If they’re still employed, everyone is safe, trust me.
