You will need to call the support team and tell them that you have provided all that you can. I had the same issue. I sent in everything I had which was at least one paystub or W-2 and I kept getting requests for more. So I called and they got it fixed. I didn’t get held up for class and the background check was completed a week prior.

Yeah, I'm going through the background check right now, and have experienced the same stuff - I finally called them and got 90% of it cleared up. I'd just do that . . . seemed to really help. I told them, I will get them what I can. But yes, very, very annoying! And like most folks, I have gone through several background checks in my career and never had these types of "questions".

Default Hiring minimums

I saw that they have a 1500 TT requirement, im only at 1100 TT (140 of that is 121 turbine SIC) but I have a restricted ATP with a CL-65 type. Does anyone know if they'll give special consideration for that? Im just trying to see if its even worth applying with my low hours. i also have a bachelors in flight, if that means anything at all

I would not apply until you have the advertised minimums. You should get there pretty quick!!

It's my understanding that currently 1500 is still a hard minimum and we're still trying to attract more 2500-3000 hr pilots where able. Like the other poster suggested I would wait to apply until you've met your 1500 hrs so your app doesn't get flagged and rejected automatically.

You’ll need 1500TT and a min of 250 Turbine… bottom line

How/Where did you come up with a min of 250 turbine time? This is not stated on the APC profile nor on FlexJet’s career website.

May not be stated, but that's what I was told by the recruiter when they contacted me a couple weeks ago. They want me to call as soon as I have the 250 turbine time.

Couple days. They do classes every 2 weeks. If you can complete the onboarding paperwork, you could be there in 2 weeks or less considering previous employers.
