I believe, but could be wrong, that FJ will be bequeathed to ND once 2NN kicks over.

I would suspect a university has no interest in such dealings. But I haven’t paid attention to that particular con man’s dealings in a number of years.

I would not plan on less than 7 day tours when working for a fractional. Yes you may get a schedule with some shorter trips but in my experience it wasn't common.
Also, Flight Duty Pay like NetJets has will get you a lot more pay on longer trips.

Maybe not at NJ, but it's actually pretty common to get 5-6 day rotations here, especially on the Domestic Red Label side where the Captains make up their own schedules to cover their assigned airplane for the month. I've had a bunch of 5-6 day trips in the last 3 months and while I haven't hit a 4-day trip yet, I have seen them available in PBS for bidding each month. I've also had my share of 7-8 day trips, but those are in the minority unless I load my bid with them. A lot has to do with where you live too, i.e. you're in a major airline hub versus somewhere with limited regional support only.

If the FDP is all that great, sure seems like there is an awful lot of complaining going on amongst the new hires - kinda like they were promised something that hasn't materialized. Just sayin....
