website question:
I recall seeing a website that was sort of one-stop shopping for prospective pilots who wished to pursue a career in professional aviation.
I have a friend of the family that is interested in flying and pursuing a career. Currently playing baseball for a college pursuing general studies. Doesn't look like he is going to get drafted.
Any websites that really have a one-stop shopping approach would be appreciated. I wish to point him in the right direction and letting him choose which course is best for him.

First, what do you mean by a "one stop shop?" Do you mean a flight school that offers training online, every rating available, etc? Are you talking about web boards that talk about pilot things, or sites that sell training materials?
What exactly are you looking for?

A few months back I found a website made by someone who had compiled a list of training resources, flight schools, do's and don't's etc, to aspiring students. It also made a strong case for not going to a university and getting a flight degree, but another degree (any other), and pursuing your ratings else where.
