PPL Timing Advice
Hello,
I'm currently a junior in college that would like to be a commercial airline pilot. I was wondering if anyone had any input for whether I should (& could realistically timing-wise) knock out my PPL over this summer or get an internship unrelated to flying. I'd have a year of school left, so I would imagine I would need to schedule extra flight time throughout the year to keep up my skills, which might be too pricey to make getting it out of the way worth it?
Thanks for everyone's input

Once get the PPL, you can keep flying during the school year to gain/maintain proficiency.
Even if you can't really fly during school, the looming retirements mean that seniority progression will be fast, so any delay will cost you a lot of numbers. If you're airline bound right now, move as quickly on training and ratings as you can.
