Default Working on an Industry Training project

I'm working on an Aviation Industry Training project and am trying to gauge what the normal training track for Corporate, Cargo, Regional and Airline. Have most companies gone to NO GROUNDSCHOOL, just using systems computer-based training (CBT)? I know companies are required to have an "old-school" classroom ground school for ATP-CTP, but how about the systems training outside of that (e.g. new aircraft, transition training, upgrade etc)?

Thanks in advance for your input.
