How should I list aircraft if I’m applying to a 135 or 121? If I’m not typed in any of the company stuff is it still worth listing? What about if I don’t have any types at all?
List any type ratings and formal schools attended—shows you can pass a course. No ratings, well, don’t list all the ones you don’t have. Try to stand out some other way—service orientation, success elsewhere in aviation, leadership positions.

List time in any aircraft where you were a required crewmember. It's all relevant and valuable experience.

Caveat: Required by FAA regulation, type cert, or company OPSPEC.

SIC mandated by non-OPSPEC policy or insurance requirements is not really regulatory-kosher SIC and employers usually don't like to see that time mixed in... technically it's just an airplane ride.
