Default your complaint

You should really contact the FAA about that pilot, he sounds like he has severe issues.
Too many pilots are reluctant to report other pilots to the FAA, then later down the road that same pilot has cause great damage.
You would be doing the public a great service to report this individual, nothing will happen to you.
Be a responsible individual and do the right thing.
You dont by any chance go to Embry Riddle in Daytona ?

No you don't contact the FAA. They are useless POS. (Not the individuals but the institution). You discuss it with the owner of the flight school. I would insist the instructor be fired. It is getting much more difficult to advance in this career these days without a spotless record. This will set him back as it should. He needs to grow up. "Flying is unforgiving....Blah blah blah. In this case it is true.

I feel like I would probably have to talk with an ASC about the situation and alert them of his hazardous activity and maybe they can handle it from there. All it takes is one bad decision in aviation as you know and you are nothing more than a smoking hole in the ground in which you already know. I have also heard of someone like that @ ERU in daytona also like the person above. Goodluck sorry about the lady having to deal with that...
