It also speaks as to why companies have training contracts in the first place. There are lots of self-professed business experts and others on the forum who seem to know how to run an airline and I can't imagine a single one of them would accept numerous employees who would soak up $120,000 worth of training and then walk away without a dollars worth of return on the investment.
