I know many such people. But this person wants to get the flight training student to think more deeply about the nature of flight safety in a larger, global sense, a sense apart from any particular income description or prestige scheme. Such instructors take it as their goal not to get their students rich by getting certain airline jobs, rather they wish to help their students appreciate safety without consideration of money because after all, how much money can buy a life after you crash an airplane?

What I would propose is trying to find a dedicated instructor that makes you certain you will be a better pilot apart from how much money/ prestige you will obtain working for some airline. First become a good pilot bar none, then become a rich fat-cat working for a company. If the latter never occurs, you still have something of value.
Good advice.

The accelerated nature of the training from any large academy diminishes the graduates quality as a pilot in my opinion.
