Proflight, Pro-Flight Aviation, Inc. Renton's premier FBO offering Aircraft Rental, Aircraft Maintenance, Flight Training, Pilot Store, and More!, out of KRNT has a PA30c for $189/hr (or thereabouts). It's in pretty decent shape.

When you factor in the hidden fuel surcharge and the instructor fee it comes out more expensive. They don't have the 2-3 day deals.

How much Multi time do you have ? The insurance companies are not allowing fresh ME rated people to rent the airplanes, unless they are trained by the outfit they are renting from. Otherwise they ask for a 20 hour dual received.

If you are interested in ME time building get in touch with us, I have several instructors that would be interested in sharing time with you.

Proflight had a student this summer who got his multi commercial in 4 days and $2600 which includes the examiner's fee. The school is flexible and will work with the student's schedule. Obviously the winter weather in the Seattle area often makes it impossible for any intensive course to stay on schedule.
