So before I even got half way throughg the interview with Piedmont the chief pilot asked me if I could start June 17th. They asked me a few more questions and then handed me a thumb drive with their AQP. After talking with the family we decided to go with Piedmont. It was a tough decision between aviation and the railroad. Mostly the benefits but Piedmont had some surprisingly good health, vision, and dental compared to what I had even had at some fortune 500 size companies. Looks like the unions have aligned that part to match mainline US since they own Piedmont. That's where I'll be heading this Monday. Looking forward to it!
. It's great to hear that you have moved on to bigger and better things! Cheers.

Would love to know how your training is going. I'm thinking of applying with Piedmont, so any info you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Does the program seem extremely demanding? How many in your class? What is the housing situation (single or double)? Is there any computer based training at home prior to classroom? Thanks...
