Well said! The school where I work at now pays far less than 10 grand per year, starting off.

There is a CFI Union thread in the Union Forum. I was advised to make a post in this forum and direct people to the Union Forum for comments.
This is really a discussion for CFI unions.

I think I know what school he/she works for. Coincidently I was researching pilot mill schools and happened to come across the OP mentioning in a previous thread that he/she was hired there. It's the Sierra Academy of Aeronautics, and yes it does have pros and cons. Does anyone work there currently? I'd like to here more about how it is there, since currently I'm only flying four hours per week if that!!
