While not as bad as your issues...
My school has had 4 of the 7 CFI leave in the last few weeks, 3 to regionals, 1 to a part 135 PC-12 gig. Has made it almost impossible to get regular time with my instructor. I would change schools but I really like the place and feel I work well with my instructor.

Some of the hardest aspects of my flight training have had nothing to do with an airplane.
I started my private with a great CFI and was doing well. I was getting close to getting taking my check ride when the Oregon weather got just too bad. I took the winter off and started back up in the spring. I got to about the same point when my CFI went to Skywest. I then had to find a new CFI.
The next year I went back to the CFI who finished me up, to get my interment rating, but he was showing up late, canceling or changing times without telling me. Ground lessons were a mess and he would do things like forget the foggles for the flight. He was married, but dating another CFI. I found out he was going through a divorce.
I then went to Kansas to finish up everything. I was given an estimate of 7 weeks. I stayed 9 weeks and still did not finish up. I had to go back later to get my commercial, which took longer then it should because of the weather.
Every rating I have gotten has had some kind of problem. I am now looking for a school where I will not have any problems to get my CFI and teach.
While it is no fun having problems while training, it does make every rating that much sweeter!
Best of luck.
