wheres the options: "none" or "Other"???
First off, you are comparing apples and oranges.
I worked out of New Smyrna Beach for a little while and EPIC, while a decent flight school is not in the same class as some of the other ones. I wouldn't recomend that anyone go to RAA and if you want to go to the Delta Connection Academy, you might as well go to Mesa and buy yourself another $100k interview there too. I don't know what avion is, so I can't comment on that....
But why are you limiting it to these options?? None of them are even close to spectacular. If you want to do the actual FBO style learning, Epic is not a bad choice, but by no means is an academy....

What changes are they undergoing? Besides awaiting glass cockpits I didn't notice a lot of changes when I toured their facility two months ago. By the way, what are your opinions of the DCA?

American Flyers, ATP, Flight Safety Academy, etc.
But almost every FBO is offering some sort of package. whether or not they are 141, I don't know, but I much prefer 61 training anyways.
What are you actually looking for?

Unless there is some reason that you do not want to go to ATP, I really haven't found a better option, or for that matter, anyone that even comes close.
I was trying to keep my ATP propaganda out of this thread, but it keeps on comming up!

well I went to DCA first, and I left because financially it was a burden...i just didn't have the money...so i left for RAA, i had a few friends that went there and they told me overall is was a good experience...i have to agree. But what is scaring me is that they seem to be having some financial troubles, but until i know for sure, i'm staying put
I know at DCA they are going to do commercial multi then have a single addon, instead of the opposite. I know that they are getting cirrus aircraft, one is already on the ramp and several more are coming this month.
I'm just trying to get my training done as fast as possible...I don't have time on my side like most people do. I'm 20 years old, living on my own paying my own stuff, I took out my own loan and I don't have a job. I have nothing to build from. As you know in Florida, nothing is cheap.
