Yes, bought it a few years back when I was in the process of reinstating my long ago lapsed CFI's. I thought it was a great reference and still have the book on my desktop

In some areas such as 121 regs and weather I think it's pretty basic but it's definitely one of the most comprehensive books out there. Worth the money. The ebook is available now too. Might be a smarter buy since the author is on the 10th edition should update automatically.
