Default Refresher/ATP training recommendations.

I am offshore for a few months so I can't do the research myself. Where is the best (cost does not matter) school for a friend to get refresher/ATP certificate multi engine training. He's a 7k hour pilot with a helicopter and fixed wing background.

Thanks in advance.
