Quick question on flight schools.
I'm a new pilot I have just over 300 hrs. I'm trying to finish my cfi but I failed my first check ride. I really just want to go to Southern California and finish it but I'm out of money. Does anyone know if flight schools offer contracts where they will pay for the retraining and re check if I agree to work with them for a year or two?

Long answer - some flight schools who if you do 0 to hero will make a similar contract like that, but largely they are heavily constrained and benefits the flight school not you in almost all circumstance.
Honestly, I would just save up money and finish your cert and then work locally or move the CA. Better to stay where you are and pick a few hours up.
