Not quite
Only financially. The rest was "improved" for the company, or made worse for the FAs. Which means the company achieved their goal, increased flexibility and productivity. Essentially: more work at less favorable rostering rules for the same money.

Yup, it is basically the same playbook they used at British Airways a couple years ago. It worked there as well, although the BALPA organized pilots actually went so far as to work in the cabin, it wasn't only a threat.
