How much time have you spent living or visiting India? There are quite a few ACMI companies that would be happy to find you a job there - but do yourself a favor and visit first.

What is an ACMI company and how could I contact them regarding employment?
Thank You

Wow.. I guess that would be a starting point ACMI companies provide planes and or crews under a contract to companies for short or long term need. They are like a rental company. You basically post your resume with them and they find something for you. Most look for guys with at least 500 pic on a commercial transport jet. If you have 737, A320, or bigger, you are golden. A few are looking for larger turboprop and RJ guys. The key is PIC time though. Start with Parc, Rishworth?, or just type in aviation crew lease or something similiar into google. Be careful with the contract.. There is allot to learn. Go to Pprune forums to learn more. Lots of contract guys on there. Good luck

I-I'll
N-Never
D-Do
I-It
A-Again

How does flying/being based in China compare to India?

I'm considering applying for some jobs there and am curious for perspectives.

China just seems a bit more "organized" than India....
