I've seen recent postings on Rishworth and a couple of other crew leasing sites. I could be wrong, but for foreigners I think they only hire through crew leasing companies.
.. and I'm not sure if those listings were for the pax side or cargo side or both.

Both Korean and Asiana are currently hiring for the B744 right and left seat, Asiana is also hiring for the right seat of the B777.
PM me your email and I will send you the contract T&C's for both operations; they are not bad at all and I understand that at least Korean has changed it's wayward ways and is a pretty decent outfit these day's.

Also, as an example, look here; www.gapaviation.com. Most of the KAL contract don't require you to relocate to another country. There are many U.S. cities you can live in, as well as business class tickets back and forth to work.
Flying in and out of LAX frequently, I can't tell you how many U.S. (or possibly Canadian) voices I hear on the radio lately flying KAL aircraft.

fyi - I'm a US citizen with over 7,000tt (just for background info). I sent an e-mail directly to KAL and was advised to send my resume/cv to them directly, bypassing the contract companies. Haven't had time to send in the personal info, and don't know what the treatment would be like as an actual KAL employee vs. a contract pilot. Live in SEL, or in the states? Pay, upgrade potential, racial/nationality bias, funky "eastern cockpit" mentalities, FAA/JAA conversion, etc...? All are things to consider, but you might try contacting them directly if you're interested.
