Seaborne 1st year FO is $23,600. Second year only goes up around $1500. No per diem, since you are back at base every day.

Per Diem is payed for the occasional overnight at Seaborne. Captains start out at about $48, and top around $68 after 6 years. Work 17 days a month. No straight reserve lines, only a few build ups. QOL beats the heck out of the regionals, IMHO. Although the days can be long.
