Default Emirates 777 Capt pay for 1st & 2nd year

Could someone post what an Emirates Captain makes 1st and 2nd year. I know FO longevity resets when they upgrade so looking to see what a brand new 777 Capt would make his 1st and 2nd year as a Captain. Guarantee only assuming no per diem and no overtime.

Thank you!

Make sure that whatever you find out, you remember that their housin and all utilities are paid for. Essentially an emirates pilot pays for a cell phone and food.

Sort of yes, sort of no. You will pay taxes, both fed and state on anything over around 95k. If you divest yourself of all property in the US, then it could be a good deal. Zero overtime allowed now. Your primo trip will be removed and in it's place will be ADs, available days.

You will fly between 85-92 hours, no duty rigs. A lot of hidden fees in DXB, even with the no tax policy. Just some thoughts before finding out the actual rates, but figure a bit less than 10k per month.

But the wages won't paint an accurate picture when you account for the fact that a married pilot with kid(s) gets a free villa. From the pics I've seen from pilots with villas at EK, they are nice, and would definitely be a lot of coin if you had to pay for that out of pocket. Getting picked to/from work is free. Certain utilities are covered too IIRC. So when you start saying no per diem and no overtime, you have to account for all the other things in the compensation/QOL package. If you are strictly going on hourly rates times hrs flown per month, it won't paint an accurate picture for comparison purposes.

I know they get paid housing and school tuition and all. That was not my question. I'm talking about base guarantee salary alone, no perdiem, no overtime, no housing, no limo to work, no kids tuition. Base pay salary alone.

Heck no. I'm only on 3rd year pay and I think I make more than their Capts and I don't have to live in the UAE. I am just doing some research for a friend who isn't on this website. Just trying to get an honest answer as to what they base guarantee pay is and all I am getting is....."but they get kids tuition, limos to work, housing, blah blah blah". I heard the pay section of this website is inaccurate in regards to Emirates so I was trying to find someone who could chime in as to what the actual pay scale is for Capts without taking into the other benefits.

Interesting, a DINO (Delta In Name Only) f/o seeks info, for him or his friend, and before you know it, a DINO mod rolls in to question his motives.
Keep that in mind DINOs, big brother IS watching!
