Expat Pilots in Qatar Airways
I am looking for some information about how many pilots with foreign licences are flying for Qatar Airways or Qatar based air charter services - basically need to see if I can do FAA / TCC / CASA / CAA NZ medicals for pilots in Abu Dhabi.
Can anyone give me an approx idea ? Or where I can get this information ?
Regards

I am aware of the list of AMEs on the FAA website. I wanted to know how many people with let's say CASA or FAA licenses were there in the region - to work out the likely number of "clients".

There are over 3,000 pilots at Qatar Airways, but I'm guessing that only 300-400 have FAA certificates. But none of us who do are required to keep our FAA medicals current because we operate on QCAA certificates and have to do the QCAA medical. There are also some helicopter pilots from the USA here but I don't know any personally and don't know how many there are, and I assume they also have QCAA certificates.
