Default FlightSafety latest and greatest

Thinking about retiring to teach at FlightSafety Intl.
Any info on working conditions at CVG, CMH, or ATL ?
Thanks!

I worked at the CMH location. Good group of guys, low cost of living, ok pay. As far has working conditions, it will depend on the program you get. The excel, 350 programs worked there arse off. Your qol will depend on your PM. Some are worse than others scheduling you for 26 days in a month. I worked in the old sovereign program and barely worked 12-15 days in a month because my boss was a big believer in qol. Also at the CMH location, 90% of your training is with NJA crews. You actually know there sops better than they do.

And they don't have ACPs telling them contrary information.

Thread revival. Any updates to life at Flightsafety? CMH specifically? Pay for the first few years? Days off in a given week/month? Typical day in the life of an instructor? Anything anyone is willing to share is much appreciated.

Stay away from CMH. center manager is a super D-bag!! The D-bag mentality flows down to the program managers and directly effects your QOL. Consider yourself warned. Gal in HR is a liar!!! Smoke and mirrors, HR makes it sound like you won't work that much, truth is Netjets tells them how many required training slots for each month. Busy programs equals more work for you and less days off! Bottom line FS is a bunch of tight asses and they don't want to pay fair market wages! BTW they don't want you out flying!! They know if you fly you'll find another job and move on!! DON'T SIGN ANY TRAINING CONTRACT!!!
