To all those who responded to the FDP question...thks. SWA has some elements of these various incentives for pilots to fly extra, they also have “incentives” for the company to keep pilots productive..”rigs” ended up paying the pilots more if they just sat without flying..thanks again.

Keep in mind the NetJets FDP program puts 1/3 of FDP pay into your 401k. This does NOT reduce the $19,000 or $25,000 (over age 50) you can put in your 401k. It's separate from that part of the 401k.
BTW, NetJets will match ~55% of what you contribute (too lazy to look up the exact match but that's close). So if this year someone 50 or older puts $25,000 in they'll get $13,750 added by the company. A portion (20% I think) will be done paycheck by paycheck then the balance will be contributed by the following February. So you have to work the entire calendar year to get the rest of the match.
For example, I'm currently on Medical LOA for all of this year so I'm doing the max contribution to get the $13,750. But assuming I don't get my medical back I'll reach the 3 year max MLOA in 2020 and be separated from the company so there's no point in contributing more than 20% of my MLOA income as far as getting the extra match goes.
And another note not related to FDP, the NetJets Union offers a Loss of Medical plan administered by Harvey Watt. It kicks in after the 3 years of MLOA runs out. If you go for the max amount of coverage you'll make around $96K per year TAX FREE if you don't deduct the premiums from your taxes (not even sure that's an option anymore). That income tax free is around what you'd make as a fairly senior F/O on the 7&7 schedule. Premiums run somewhere over $300/month for the max coverage. You draw the money until you reach normal Social Security retirement age or even longer if your medical leave starts at or above age 60. Great peace of mind if the unexpected happens.

So just to be clear - if you earn an extra $1200 in FDP pay, your check that month is $800 larger, and there's an extra $400 in your 401k, right?

I’m in the Phenom on the 7&7 and I’m also at about 15,000 in FDP for the year.

Since inception in December: $5,662.20 That is ALL forms of additional compensation included in the Amended Agreement.
7-7 Schedule
GLC
ZERO fatigue calls.
ZERO sick days.
Plenty of Airport Appreciation.
Too many “Broke Jet Bounces” to another airplane to recount.
Average duty day and average rest period within :30 of pre-agreement numbers.
Total Flight Time vs. preceding 6 months actually slightly higher.
In other words, no improvement in QOL on the road (worse in some respects) and only marginally higher compensation.
As with all things, your mileage WILL vary.

Tempting, but, NO.
The new FDP scheme is what it is. Pretty much what I expected. Just pointing out that it is not going to make everybody rich and certainly won’t improve everybody’s QOL on the road like the union said it would.
At this point, my “Give A Crap” meter is on E. I’ll just ride this pony until it founders and go from there.
