To go part time you have to be a Captain who has 100 hours as a Plane Sense Captain. So you wouldn’t get it in the 1st year. Also they are now looking to hire pilots with at least 1000 hours (preferably 1200 hours) in order to quicken the upgrade process.

Tech Interview
Applied about 4 weeks ago, got a call yesterday for a tech interview on Friday via MS Teams. Review packet sent was SID, STAR, RNAV, VOR Jepp plates. Nothing too crazy looking.
I'll post an update after the interview...

OK, that's good info. If they're running about four weeks out, maybe I'll get the call next week. Good luck on the interview!

From my limited experience job hunting, it seems like the minute you have given up all hope and ready to jump off a bridge - that is when the call comes...

Can plane sense PC12 SIC log any flight time? Or only the captain is able to. I heard boutique air has this problem... Where all thier FO's weren't able to log any time at all.
Also is plane sense DEC and SIC training quality good?
Is PC 24 available to new hires?

2. Training is fine. Nothing too intense or over the top in the weeds stuff. Great staff and check pilots.
3. SIC can log time as SIC due to the fact that the
company operated under Part 135 and their op cert requires 2 pilots.

If you don't mind, did you apply for FO or DEC? What hours do you have? PM if you prefer, please. I'm just trying to gauge what the preferred qualifications are.
Best wishes on your interview.
Thanks in advance.

Tech Interview
Just completed Tech Interview with Chief Pilot.
Most questions focused on interpreting Jepp Charts - they want to see you know what you are looking at and can brief a STAR, SID, APCH with ease.
A few VFR airspace questions, VFR WX mins, Speed restrictions in B/C.
Very pleasant interview with no gotcha's. Now the wait commences - I was told to expect a call from HR today or Monday.
Next classes are July and August.
