I understand pilots have their choice of any of the 40+ domiciles. Can you pick up a trip at one and end it at another? In other words, how often can you change bases and how much heads up does the company need?

You can change bases as often as you want but they require 8 business days notice. That being said you can start a rotation in your old base and finish that rotation in your new base.

The current jet flow shows PC-12 Captains upgrading to PC-24 FO in 4-5 years and then another 1-2 years before they become PC-24 Captaina

You keep all your freq flyer points for status from your positive space to and from your cycles. That's it. But, you can fly on company empty legs for free also. Look at the empty leg schedule, see if anyone is in/out of an airfield near you and you can see where they're going next. Now, they'll get you there, but there won't necessarily be a return empty leg. The schedule is too dynamic, but you can always go someplace neat and use a rental to get back to a hub to airline home. It's a pretty solid perk I think.

Thumbs up Stage 2

Got a call from HR about 2 hrs after the Tech interview. They'll be flying me out +space to Boston then busing it up to Portsmouth in a couple of weeks for in-person interview and sim eval.
