PSM based, no shortage of overtime. Multiple emails per day with specific trips available. Remote based, not very often but it does pop up occasionally. One avenue for remote pilots to still partake in OT is to just sign up for an added day (or 2, or 3, etc) of EOT at the end of their normal rotation. We've had pilots essentially doing 12 on/2 off (4 days OT) but obviously they get burnt out really fast. So yes, lots of OT is available if you want it.

Class size varies, but can be as large as 12. Of those, only one or two are direct entry captains. Sometimes (often) there are no direct entry.
The recent improvements to quality of life and compensation seem to be helping retention and the captain upgrades from within appear to be happening with more frequency.
The training department is very good.

High time ERJ-175 Captain (not on reserve, can't figure out how to change that on my profile) Is it possible to go straight to PC-24 FO or is the progression required through the PC-12?

I don't see direct entry to the jet as ever being a thing as the pilots in the PC12 ranks who have put in their time (some of who have multiple type ratings/multi time from other companies) would quit in protest.
With the new salary structure, OT rate and soft pay, it is no longer as financially restrictive to be stuck in a 12 for a few years. Fwiw the 12 is awsome to fly. Hard to have that much fun in a commercial jet.
