The last I heard management was saying this Fall. It all depends on pilot numbers to make the math work and so far (based on latest seniority list) pilot numbers and retention are up. Who knows what the magic number of pilots is though?
Life at Planesense certainly is a lot better since the compensation and quality of life improvements. It's been a busy summer, but the 12/12 duty days have made it feel a little less intense than recent years.

Hey there!
Looking to see if someone can enlighten me on a few things before I apply. First is I am sitting at 840 hours TT, 70 instrument, and roughly 170 hours of corporate SIC experience in a CJ4 that I can’t log due to it being 91 only, am I competitive and in a good place to apply?
Second is I’ve got a vacation that’s been planned for 2 years that is 11 days long early next year. Could I negotiate for having this time off or request a class date that commences after the month of my vacation? Thanks in advance!

I would apply, they are looking for around 1000 hours. Your CJ4 time will be taken into consideration. You can temporarily shift your cycle around to accommodate your vacation.
