Yes we have PC-12 Pilots that are part time, which is limited to a certain percentage of the Pilots. It is only based on seniority if the percentage is going to be exceeded. However I have not seen that happen as we have very few pilots in part time status.

Thanks for the quick response. This place sounds like a hidden gem.

Just applied to the Accelerated Capt position, and got an email a day later that it hit the Chief's desk. Is it usual to hear a reply after a month or two, or was the long wait for the initial application being processed?
I have 1300 with CFII, TAA and 100+ Instrument so I meet their "highly qualified" requirements, but didn't want to get my hopes up too early.

Yes, some people do not make it through training. Not sure of any trends, maybe just not very good IFR skills is the biggest "trend". Some people are weeded out because of attitude, either too cocky or not confident enough. Others, just are not good pilots.
All that being said, Planesense will bend over backwards trying to help people get through training. The company absolutely does not want to see anybody washout of training. At the end of the day though, this is not a flight school. You need to have your $^*t together and put in the effort.

With your time I would guess they would try and get you interviewed fairly quickly.

Unfortunately no one at the company can give an ATP ride so unfortunately they don’t do the SE ATP training concurrently in the simulator. Getting the SE added on to your ME ATP would be easier and cheaper than getting a Commercial SE and you can even do that in a Cessna 172, but it would have to be done before getting hired at Plane Sense.

The sheer stupidity of our federal government & FAA on full display here. Probably have 10s of thousands of hours behind the controls of several multi-engine aircraft, flying all over the world. But don't you dare get in a PC-12 without first spending 10 hours in a 172 with a 300hr CFI to get your SEL.
Good luck!
