There will never be a period where you don't get used for all 8 days.

So you show up for work on day one of 8. Do they then take care of the hotel for you for the remainder of your 8 days? Is there any Perdiem associated with the position?

Scheduling will call you on your last day off to let you know what you're doing the following day. Crew services will arrange hotels/rental car for crews on every overnight. Per Diem is $2/hour that you're away from base. I've had per diem checks over $800 in the summer months/busy periods and some as small as $300 in the winter period or months where I would have training and wouldn't be getting per diem.

As an FO living in New Hampshire (no income tax) I would generally bring home (after tax) $3000/month

I'm near MCO and considering sending a resume.

Any word on how they handle National Guard/Reserve guys?

Will they be basing PC12's at MCO or they are just basing guys there to ride to the plane via airlines?

How many guys will a company like Plansense staff roughly at MCO?

Do you think they chose MCO for nearby sims?

Great question here; I'm wondering the same thing. I've talked to a few folks who work part-time for the company. Do they fill in for folks who are sick/in training/on military leave/paternity-maternity leave/etc, or do they have reserves?

I see they are accepting apps for street captains. Does anyone know the starting pay as a first year ca? Also how many are they looking to hire?

The PC24 is so far away, I wouldn't count on being involved with it for a very long time. Also that being said, there is no way a new jet is going to be away from the home maintenance base.. Thats just the reality of the situation.

No clue, last I heard we needed 160 pilots... we have 100 or so

Your reserve weekends better be on your off week. And I believe legally they have to give you the time off for deployments ect... There are not reserves.

45,000... I wouldn't totally count on becoming a street captain unless you have a very specific jet type rating... Sorry

Another random question...during your 8 days on, do they ever send the plane back to Portsmouth? I see the AF tail number all over New England and it seems like you would save money by sending the plane back to PSM instead of overnighting it in BOS/PWM/etc.
