Sorry double post.

It was 6/4 when I was there which wasn't that great (though I had never worked at a regional prior so I couldn't compare). Guys were getting a little testy, so in lieu of a pay raise mgmt gave us 7/7. It was a lot better, but they later went to 8/6 which is still better than what I have now.

The quality of experience there is great, especially for a low timer flying all over the East Coast and the Caribbean. To bad the pay is so low. Good luck to anyone looking to go there, it is a fun gig!

The investment is very low on the companies part. 10k? For company instructors, training on company time, for no type rating... I don't buy it even being close to 10k.

I believe the number was somewhat arbitrary, but it included the increased cost of going to Flight Safety for sim training.

Default Hoping for an interview with PS

I applied at planesense about 1month ago. filled out the application after receiving it approx 3weeks ago and got the email where they confirmed that they had received my application with all of the documents. But havent heard anything since then, i applied for the mco base and hoping to get in the april fo classes. Anyone know anything about recent hiring? Is it unlikely that ill get the interview if i havent heard back yet?

Still hiring and running classes. Your timeframe is not atypical. If you haven't heard anything else in a few weeks send another email.

Thanks for info! You know if theyre hiring FO's for the MCO base? Do they usually have the interview within a few weeks before the FO classes? Last info i got was that they were running classes in april and july, im hoping to get into the April class is possible. And if rejected, will they let me know?

They will let you know if they don't want you, but I don't know the timeframe. Hiring is for all bases. Interview date to class date varies. I've heard of 2 weeks to 7 months.

Lot of captains and Fo's leaving. The demand of pilots is rising at PSI.

What's the proportion these days of legacy PC12s vs the newer PC12NGs? Do all pilots fly both types?

Also, when will we see the first PC24 on the line?
