Default Long trip-What to pack???

Good afternoon, new job coming up. I’ll be away from home up to 15 days at a time, what would you consider essential for these types of trips? I’m going to be doing laundry at least once during rotation. I’ve worked out the obvious list:

toiletries
several work uniforms
underwear/socks
jacket
small non perishable food items, to minimize expenses.
water bottle
sunscreen
workout clothes
ipad/headphones.
laundry pods

What are a few essential items you never leave home without? Thanks for the input

Portable caffeine
Spare cash and coins for laundry
Backup wings/epaulets/pin backs
Battery pack and charging cables
Workout/casual shoes
Pain/sinus/allergy meds

I’m interested to see what other people have to say.

My bag never changes, doesn't matter the length of the trip. I pack for 8 days.

Clothes never change out either. Work clothes and home clothes.

Laundry is a given, most places are card, some are coin. But front desk always has soap and coins.

I personally do laundry the night before I go home as well and the bag goes into the closet untouched when I am home. Comes right back out when I leave. Work is work. Home is home.

Stores are also generally found everywhere if you need something.

Simple. Straightforward.

Only thing I would add is food, for those who want to not eat out all the time. Prep the day before. Put in the refrigerator. Pop in the bag right before you go out the door. Makes watching your weight easier, and saves a few bucks.

- Sunglasses
- Starbucks VIA
- Quick dry boxer briefs, undershirts, and wool dress socks / Can be washed in a hotel sink and air dried overnight.
- Flat Suction Sink Stopper, 5 Inch, White (See above)
- Spare company issued tie + wings
- Extra charging cables

How do I know. Did the 15/13 schedule. Checked the box. You don’t always have time or the facilities needed to do laundry.

I don't know your trip sequences, but if you will be frequently staying at the same hotels, it makes sense to leave a uniform with the hotel laundry for pick-up on your next layover. I once left a bag and uniform in Singapore, and it was still there when I next went back 2 years later.

Default Cooler Bags?

Thoughts on flight crew cooler bags? Are they a must? Or is it too much?

What, you don’t get expense reimbursement or per diem? It’s work not an expedition.
