XOJET Threads
Two XOJET threads were removed at the request of the original poster. XOJET apparently considered the tone derogatory and asked the OP to remove them.
This was not done with intent to hide info from pilots, but rather to protect the OP.
Open and uncensored discussion about XOJET (and other employers) is allowed and encouraged. In the case of XOJET you probably need to be certain that you're anonymous before posting.

To sum it up for prospective pilots:
pay cut during pilot shortage
Dishonesty
“at will” firings for trivial things
Push from the company to violate safety policies
buyer beware
100 pilots gone in 6 months out of 300ish pilots.
to clarify the “pay cut” stance:
the company calls it a “compensation package” with higher “potential” numbers
a mortgage underwriter would look at it and call it what it is - a pay cut - the potential is unobtainable unless you don’t go home.

Forgive my ignorance but isn’t the person who started the threads in question already gone from XO or working out their two weeks notice? Curious how they could be made to remove those posts as nothing that was said was libelous. Sadly it was all 100% factual.

Typical vista they have time to do this stuff to hide their scumbaggery but not to take care of their customers or employees. Too bad pilots don’t have the cash or time to leave the posts up and go through legal channels. Doubt it would go to court as nothing was defamatory and all was accurate. Vista is in the running for worst 135 company in existence. I can think of one or two worse maybe. What a shame. It used to be one of the best
