QOL at Citation Shares

Tues, Wed, & Thurs. It can vary by city, but you're usually stuck on one day unless you request a change, upgrade, switch bases, or they need you to for some odd rare reason.

Overall, CS is a very good place to work for with a pretty good QOL, but we don't have as much vacation/benefits as NJ. The pilot group is waiting with bated breath to see what the company does after the NJ's TA is voted in.

Ya all will be getting your raise in 17 days, on Nov 20th, the day before the TA vote, thats when you got the last raise. $1000. more than ours, copilots will start at 58k, and 2nd yr capt pay will be 92k, and you will all of a sudden have 101 bases just because they thought you should have them
Oh wait, and you will get a bonus of $150. for every month you've been employed with CSJets

His firing was supposedly for insubordination. He was called to HQ to discuss a separate incident. The rest of the story is between him and management. The fact that the guy was reinstated by a jury of his peers says a lot. The morale of the pilot group has taken a hit because of the whole incident.

Those numbers are $1000. more per year than Netjets pay will be beginning Nov 20th 2007, if the contract has more than 50% yes votes, we'll find out in two weeks.
In 2005 when Netjets pilots voted our current contract, the day before the votes were counted and the TA ratified CitationShares increased their pilot pay $1000 above the Netjets TA, so expect it again.
Here's the 7 on 7 off pay scale from the tentative agreement Netjets pilots will vote on Nov 20th, just add $1000. and that's what you can expect CS management will say you deserve ( ) on Nov 19th, the day before our vote.
