Yeah, I did hear back...Heather Orton called me and said they somehow got the wrong email address for me. I've now filled out some paperwork and am currently hoping to get called for an interview. Don't know what to think about the 'on file' status. I'll be hoping for the best for both of us.

Can anyone tell me the process from initial contact to interview? I have sent in an initial contact and was called by the recruiter. She asked me to fill out a short (one page) questionnaire on flight times and to send copies of my certificates. This is as far as I have gotten so far and I am curious what the next step is.

When I sent in my resume they sent an application to fill out a few days later which included a test covering basic IFR and some VFR type questions. After I sent in the application packet I waited about 2 weeks until they called to set up an interview. I first sent my resume in early February, and interviewed in late March. I start training tomorrow, so it seems to take a while from first applying until you actually start. If you have any other questions let me know

As far as upgrades, I have heard as low as 6 months if you have the time and most likely around 12 months or so. I still don't know if they are planning on training us on the NG version in our initial ground class. All of the info and manuals I have received so far is for the regular PC12, so I am thinking that they will wait to train us on the NG until later when they have more of them.
