hey CaptDoug,
I thought I would give you a better timetable....I just got an email to set up an interview sometime in Feb. I submitted my app in the middle of Oct, and got the app accepted email on Oct 26th. I wont be attending the interview as I have already taken another job, so Im not sure what the time frame is from here. Good luck to you....hope you get what you want!

Did you just receive the e-mail today? Also, what is your background if you don't mind me asking. I received the application accepted e-mail the same day you did and have yet to receive anything from NetJets on setting up an interview. Did the e-mail come from Derinda?

I got the email a few days ago. A buddy of mine that got his app accepted email the first week of november also was offered a Feb interview the same day I was. The both of us have about 5k-6k hours with the majority being PIC in a hawker and learjet. No internal recs for me, not sure about my friend.....he might have one.

Hmmm, that is good information to have. I have above and beyond the ME time but it is all turbine prop. It looks like the guys with the jet time are getting the interviews now. Thanks for the information fellas. I appreciate it.

Derinda at Net Jets yesterday Jan 29 so I guess all is OK for me. I have 28,000 hrs, 23,000 pic and typed in the 777, DC10 DC9 and B727 age 57. Looks like they might prefer those with experience in biz jets rather that airlines. I guess I am back into the "twilight Zone" and will wait. I submitted my written application by snail mail on Dec. 7, 2007.
