Default Netjets, Senority number?

Does anyone know if Netjets requires you to give up your senority number? I am a recent furlough again at NWA.

First of all, sorry to hear you got furloughed again. When we come out of Chapter 11 at NWA, I am not so sure you are going to wanna work here, so move on, it's not like you are protecting a pension. Companies like JB and Atlas don't require you to resign your seniority number, however, when looking at Netjets you are going to have to resign seniority (as far as I know.) I would definitely look into NJ though, since there is where all the business travelers and their money went. The fractionals probably won't be spiraling towards the bottom of the pay and benefit scales like we are doing at the legacy carriers for a while. Good luck with your job search.

No mention of resigning senority when I interviewed. I know of many others that have kept their number. NJA looks A LOT better than returning to NWA, or any fractional for that matter. Look luck!!

Baja.

Netjets does not require anyone to give up their seniority number. We have plenty of furloughed types here and not one had to give it up.

Thank you for correcting me. I don't think NetJets are going to have to worry about a lot of guys going back to their old jobs if recalled. NJA seems like the real deal. Hopefully, I'll be over there soon .
