You say thankfully, so where do you work? Swift? NetJets? 91?

I agree, managers can be very back stabbing, but the structure of CS is such that Cessna and Textron have more say in the way they do things.. both of those companies have pretty good relations with their labor historically compared to airlines. I too have 3 airlines behind me.

I did edit out the thankfully part as I have no comparison with cs. I do work at NJA but I used to work at CMR where you could never believe what management said. Seemed like they would tell us something one day and then the next day it would be completely different.

Anyway, as I see from other threads, good luck at CS. Maybe we will pass each other in an fbo someday.
