youre times are enough i applied with 1050 and 300 multi 200 jet... and they gave me an interview...so go ahead throw it in!!

I met the Avainair folks at a job fair in January. Very nice group. They've called me twice for an interview but I haven't gone as it would be about a fifteen-grand pay cut for me. Sad because the job is much better than the regional flying I'm doing now.

If Avantair would bring their starting f/o pay into line with Netjets, Flex and Shares then I would go in a heartbeat!

If their pay was in line with those fractionals, then the mins probably wouldn't be so flexible and regional guys wouldn't be getting as many interviews... Supply and demand

Anyone know what bases guys are getting when getting hired at Avantair? Also can a guy switch between bases easily?

i applied in february and got a call a month and a half later... my interview is for whenever i want...they interview mon-fri and they let you take your pick

So have you actually interviewed? I noticed that you are at Comair right now. Things not going too well or you looking for something that can offer a little more. I'm very curious as to your reasoning as I'm also in the same situation but I'm at EV.
