No worries. I got a little emotional for AK man. Maybe I'm a little cranky that everyone is getting jerked around. It's relative, others are getting furloughed, but whatever. This is ridiculous.

#15 is a personal choice but for me I would definitely go out of my way as much as I could to make the customer happy. They are your bread and butter so you must make them happy. That goes for number 20 as well. Imagine you had a bad business deal and you were returning home. If your NJ pilot turned that return home experience into a good time you would walk off the jet in a better mood than you entered. People associate memories with emotion so hopefully they will feel positive about flying NJ again. Just put yourself in the customer's shoes and I think you will find the answer. FWIW I'm still waiting to hear if they liked me in the phone interview...you did say anybody

I had my phone interview today and the list is still accurate. Also, I would be careful with planning your answers to the last detail -- it will seem rehearsed. It is nice to know what is coming, but remember to be yourself during the process and not recycle canned responses that they hear from 100different people. All and all it was friendly and maybe even a little fun -- or I am just crazy?

Just curious, has anyone who had a recent phone interview heard back yet about a trip to Columbus? My phone interview is tomorrow morning. I'll be sure to post how it goes and if there are any additions to the list of questions above.

Had my phone interview this morning! I was contacted by Rachel from the recruiting department. As previously stated, the conversation was very friendly and relaxed. A couple questions she asked that are not specifically stated above were "what is something negative about your current job?" and also "what kind of work enviroment do you feel you would flourish in?" She took the time to tell me a little bit about the role of the pilots at NetJets and how they play the biggest role in forming each owners' experience. After that she answered all of my questions. Finally she gave me the timeframe to expect: 3-4 weeks to hear back about a face-to-face in Columbus, and said that should I get that opportunity, we are most likely looking at September or later interview dates.
