Up now, at least the CCR to BUR route. Saw the redstripe ERJ at BUR the other day.

So just to pass on some info, I was called today for an interview at JetSuite for the E-135 so they have at least 2 classes coming up to staff that. I was told 8/6 is the schedule but it sounds like the commute is on the pilots dime? Can anyone verify this? Also I forgot to ask but does anyone know if the pay scale is the same for the E-135 as the Phenom/CJ3?

So will the pilot bases for the ERJ be Concord and BUR?

Just curious... What's the perceived benefits of flying the ERJ at Jetsuite vs an ERJ at the regionals? Better pay/schedule?

What types of pilots are being considered for the ERJ? Former regional only or are non-regional also considered? Are they still hiring for the Phenom/CJ3 as well?

They called me 3-4 time trying to get me to come down to the interview. The commute is on the pilots dime, according to the information I got back in February. I really wanted to go meet them, but the commute makes it not worth it at the moment. Maybe when I move closer to one of their bases...

Yeah if you don't live in base or at a "Gateway" airport getting to work is on you. We have a few guys that do it, but not many.

It seems like a great company. Wish I could have made it work. Just too far of a drive for me to commute..... Maybe someday...
