It is a lot about the quality of life. AirSprint gets that. Acquiring new clients and service area is roughly Washington to Texas and West of that.

Do you happen to know any recent information on potential hiring?

Ok thanks for the info, I am going to put in my resume as well. I think the company has great growth potential, and would love to work there. I'll drop an update here if I hear anything more.

Our company profiles for both US and Canada have been forwarded to airlinepilotcentral.com and should be up shortly. The pay structure will be on there. FO's start at 28K with a six year pay structure topping at 37.5K I could not imagne an FO ever being in the right seat that long. When upgraded to Capt the starting wage is at 45K. The first round of direct hire Capts started at 3rd year pay of 52.5. The annual increases after that are 2.5k and 5k alternating each year topping out at 95K in year 16.

Currently there is no hiring. AirSprint has interviewed some pilots to establish a pool to call upon as soon as more pilots are needed. There may be some hiring as early as March.

I just submitted my application, I really hope to hear something back. This company seems like a great place to work.
